Assignment #5

 Topic: How caffeine and alcohol affect your sleep

One-third of our lives spends sleep, which is very important to people, but now people live a busy life and sleep time is shorter, so we should learn to achieve the highest quality of sleep in a limited time.

Through this video, I learned:

1. It turns out that after 5-6 hours of drinking coffee, half of the caffeine you consume is still circulating in your body.

2. In fact, alcohol can't help you sleep at all, but alcohol may cause problems for your sleep.

By understanding this knowledge, I will pay attention to the time and amount of drink when drinking these drinks in the future, so that I can have a better sleep.
